HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to my Dad who I couldn't of had a better one.  This is the man who dyed my gloves to match my prom dress.  Who Never missed anything I was involved in.  Who walked me down the aisle 40 years ago.  Who loved his grandchildren with all his heart.  Who taught me that it was important to be a good person.  Who loved my mother so much and taught me how to love my spouse.  I miss you so much Dad but you are always with me in my heart.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to the father of my children, John E. Shay.  Whose sons think the world of him.  Who has ALWAYS been there for them.  Who they call when they need advise.  Who they got their tender heart from.  Who taught them to be the best they can be.  I am blessed to have chosen you for my spouse and the father of my children.

JOAH IS THE SWEETEST LITTLE BOY

I talked to my grandson tonight and I am so blessed to have him for my grandson.  He is the sweetest, kindest, most lovable child (of course I love Peija so very much too, but she has such as busy social calendar she is never around to talk to).  He just talked about them moving to Florida and he was excited about that, and playing basketball with his Dad.  He talked about riding his bike with NO TRAINING WHEELS!!!  And just carried on the cutest conversation, but of course the thing that ALWAYS brings me to my knees is "I LOVE YOU GRANDMA!"  I LOVE YOU TOO JOAH!!!

Here are some pics of our hosta garden. Some of them are huge this year. I just love going out and looking at them. Summer I think is finally here. :)
